ALIMA ACADEMY
Republic of Congo
Alima Academy is a football development project based in the Republic of the Congo. The main objective is to promote Congolese youth through sport, especially football, with a special focus on education, civic values and social inclusion. The project is aimed at young talent, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to provide them with an opportunity to train, progress and access a sports or educational career.
Project goals
Talent identification and development: Conduct detection and training sessions to identify promising young players.
Sports and educational training: Combine high-level training with an academic education program.
Adapted infrastructure: Build and manage modern sports facilities (courts, changing rooms, training centres).
Values Promotion: Transmit values of discipline, team spirit, respect and leadership.
Professional integration: Creating bridges to professional clubs, local or international, for young talented players.
